REMOTE SUPPORT
Clients who subscribe to one of our software maintenance contracts are offered remote
support as part of the package -
After testing a number of remote support solutions, LogMeIn Rescue has proved to be the most reliable, user friendly package. It is initiated by the customer and therefore able to traverse most firewalls while maintaining a high level of security. It is possible to view remote desktops enabling support staff to quickly deal with a problem rather than waiting for an enginner to attend a site visit.
