We use a third party payment processor to accept your credit and debit card details, specifically we use RomanCart who guarantee your security using their SSL compliant secure servers, their accreditation can be viewed on their website and you will see the “padlock” secure symbol at the bottom right of your computer screen when you enter the card details page during your transaction.
PROCESSING YOUR PAYMENT
When you place an order with Auto Time Solutions the credit card details remain on the secure servers, they are never transmitted to us electronically and we cannot access those details. Your payment is processed via Sagepay or at your own choice by Paypal.
Our sales desk is emailed to alert us that your order has been placed and we are provided with details of what you have ordered, your company details and the delivery address together with confirmation that your payment has been processed on the secure side and allocated to our bank, the sales invoice and delivery paperwork is prepared and goods dispatched at that point.
Please remember to leave your contact name and telephone details during the placing of your order to enable us to contact you and inform when the order has been dispatched.
