We use a third party payment processor to accept your credit and debit card details, specifically we use RomanCart who guarantee your security using their SSL compliant secure servers, their accreditation can be viewed on their website and you will see the “padlock” secure symbol at the bottom right of your computer screen when you enter the card details page during your transaction.
PROCESSING YOUR PAYMENT
When you place an order with Auto Time Solutions the credit card details remain on the secure servers, they are never transmitted to us electronically and only our own authorised users are allowed to access the account.
The brief details of your order (product, quantity and your company name) are emailed to our sales desk to alert us that your order has been placed and the preliminary invoice and delivery paperwork is prepared from that, when your order is ready for dispatch then one of our authorised operators will access the secure site to obtain your payment details and process the transaction via our Streamline credit card terminal, again your card details are not transmitted electronically at any point in the transaction and we do not store your card details anywhere away from the secure eCommerce servers.
