Unlimited in employee numbers, Auto Time Sentinel is provided as a complete solution to your remote workers attendance recording at a very low monthly cost per employee.

Using any compatible mobile phone (you probably won’t have to buy new ones), we download a copy of our Sentinel mobile software to allow your employee to input various pieces of information - a simple example would be “Start” or “Stop” times - a more complex example might include “Arrival on Site” or “Client Reference Code” for more specific time logging applications - we write the software to suit your data collection requirements.

By pressing the “Submit” button the employee sends the information a secure web server which is allocated to your account and securely password protected, the information is stored here for as long as you like.

Any user in your organisation with the correct user and password settings can access your employees secure information from anywhere on the web, you might be in the office, on a site visit somewhere, or even at home - within seconds you can view the live employee logging information on a series of presentation screens and pre-set reports.

Sentinel is invaluable for employers who regularly send employees to vulnerable areas (see examples above), as there is also a facility for you to be alerted via text messages if the employee does not check-in by a pre-set time, this facility can of course also be used to ensure that employees are on specific sites by a certain time, or that they attend all of their visits that day.

Employee registers clocking via any GPS mobile phone using the menu options provided by us.

Clocking information is held on a secure web server, only accessible from each clients account.

Users with the correct permissions can view the data from anywhere in the world

Included in the package is the cost of the mobile handset software and its custom layout, the secure web storage and its accessibility to any number of users in your organisation, in short you pay a set amount per handset per month and nothing more - the only extra is the minimal cost of the short calls from your mobiles to the server.
