Limited to 50 or 100 “live” employees, (ie your leavers are archived and not included in these limits) and with a networked multi-user option, Auto Time Express is supplied with and connected to one mag-stripe, proximity or biometric handscan clocking terminal.

Automation is the keyword, our software will download the clockings from the terminal live (terminal also has a large memory buffer), and display them on a PC on the network as a live “roll call”. Attendance totals will be calculated ready for inclusion in the weekly totals and any problems notified to you on your personal “Daily Tasks” screen when you log on - you do not have to go looking for the missing or incorrect clockings, our software will tell you when they happen.

Keep annual totals of absences, any kind of absence, you define your own descriptions, check on future planned absences before you book anyone else off (invaluable at christmas), compare department absence statistics, view or print the employee absence chart from any PC on the network, and be alerted of unauthorised absences immediately.

The personnel database is smaller than that provided in the Premium version  but it is still adequate to store all of the important contact details on each employee, the software actually only needs to know the employee name, number and shift pattern in order to get an employee on the system.

From our database of several hundred report templates we have picked twenty or so of the most popular and include them in the basic package, custom report writing is something that we also specialise in and we’d be pleased to quote your requirements.

Auto Time Express is available in two capacities, 50 or 100 employees (remember, that is “live” employees and does not include leavers who are archived seperately), and can be supplied with mag-stripe, proximity or hand scan terminals.
