Unlimited in employee numbers, our Auto Time Envoy equipped clocking terminals offer you a choice of clocking formats - use a mag-stripe or proximity card/fob to register attendance or our biometric Ingersoll Rand handscanner.  

 

Inbuilt into our terminal is a GPRS modem that transmits employees clockings as they occur via the mobile phone network to one of our secure web servers which is allocated to your account and securely password protected, the information is stored here for as long as you like.

 

Any user in your organisation with the correct user and password settings can access your employees secure information from anywhere on the web, you might be in the office, on a site visit somewhere, or even at home - within seconds you can view the live employee logging information on a series of presentation screens and pre-set reports.

 

Envoy equipped terminals are invaluable for employers who regularly send employees to vulnerable areas (see examples above), as there is also a facility for you to be alerted via text messages if the employee does not check-in by a pre-set time, this facility can of course also be used to ensure that employees are on specific sites by a certain time, or that they attend all of their visits that day.

 

Envoy equipped terminals require only a standard 13amp power outlet and offer a truly portable solution to the problem of recording the attendance details of employee who work away from your main base.
