TIME RECORDING IN A BOX WITH ENHANCED SOFTWARE !

If your requirements are for a simple to use pc-based time recording system for a small number of employees then you need look no further !

Chipdrive Mobile requires no wired or network connection between the clock and PC and requires very little by way of installation. The clock can be wall or desk mounting and fixings for either option are included in the box.

To register a clocking an employee presses an “IN” or an “OUT” button and inserts their card into the clock, a confirmation message tells them that they have been registered.

To transfer the clockings to the computer you simply take the supervisor card to the clock, enter your supervisor code to transfer the clock memory onto your card, return to your desk and repeat the process using the desktop downloader (also supplied as part of the package).

Once the clockings are downloaded then the advantage of using our Auto Time Express software become apparent when compared to the minimal software supplied with Chipdrive.

Edit and alter clockings or totals with ease, use the Daily Tasks view to be notified of any editing that is outstanding, check unauthorised absences, lateness, book planned absences, view lists of future absentees and report on all of this with a full range of personnel and attendance reports - the Auto Time Software page will give more details - all of the normal Auto Time Express features will be available to you when you purchase this package.
