SIMPLE TIME RECORDING IN A BOX !

If your requirements are for a simple to use pc-based time recording system for a small number of employees then you need look no further !

Chipdrive Mobile requires no wired or network connection between the clock and PC and requires very little by way of installation. The clock can be wall or desk mounting and fixings for either option are included in the box.

To register a clocking an employee presses an “IN” or an “OUT” button and inserts their card into the clock, a confirmation message tells them that they have been registered.

To transfer the clockings to the computer you simply take the supervisor card to the clock, enter your supervisor code to transfer the clock memory onto your card, return to your desk and repeat the process using the desktop downloader (also supplied as part of the package).

Clockings can be edited or manually added on the PC screen and holidays or sick days plotted on a calendar.

At the end of the week or month you can print a timesheet or absence calender for each employee, or export the details to a spreadsheet.

If you work a flexitime system then it will do a simple flexitime calculation

Its as simple as that.
