Auto Time Premium is our versatile attendance recording software, developed over the past 14 years it now incorporates many options and modules, including :

Unlimited in employee numbers, networked multi-user, and with a capability to link to 99 local or remote clocking terminals, Auto Time Premium can be configured to suit each individual client requirement, and with our range of mag-stripe, proximity or biometric handscan terminals, with or without inbuilt GPRS modems we can customise every installation to meet your current and future needs.

Automation is the keyword, our software will download the clockings from the terminal live (terminal also has a large memory buffer), and display them on any PC on the network as a live “roll call”. Attendance totals will be calculated ready for inclusion in the weekly totals and any problems notified to you on your personal “Daily Tasks” screen when you log on - you do not have to go looking for the missing or incorrect clockings, our software will tell you when they happen.

Keep annual totals of absences, any kind of absence, you define your own descriptions, check on future planned absences before you book anyone else off (invaluable at christmas), compare department absence statistics, view or print the employee absence chart from any PC on the network, and be alerted of unauthorised absences immediately.

The large personnel database has several of its screenshots listed below, (please note that the Express version does not have all of the detailed tabs, specific Auto Time Express page here), the software only needs to know the employee name and number but you have the option of storing vast amounts of data on each employee here and (for instance) can be alerted via your Daily Tasks logon screen when an individuals qualification is due to expire.

From our database of several hundred report templates we have picked a hundred or so of the most popular and include them in the basic package, custom report writing is something that we also specialise in and we’d be pleased to quote your requirements.
