ACCESS CONTROL WITH AUTO TIME PREMIUM

An integral part of the Auto Time Premium suite is the Access Control module, a software controlled method of ensuring that only authorised people are given access to areas of your premises, within defined time boundaries.

Auto Time Solutions offer a complete installation package - we will survey your site, make our recommendations, and then install all of the door locking and control equipment to complete the project.

Employees are allocated to a series of “access patterns” which define the days and times that they are allowed access (or not at all) to any door that is controlled by our locking systems. Visitor cards can be issued and easily deleted if they are not returned to Reception, as can employees if they leave your employment.

Security of the workforce is a concern to all responsible employers and our Access Control module helps to protect them, their own valuables, and your expensive stock - many of the installations that we have completed have been commissioned as a result of earlier theft of employees belongings from the workplace by unauthorised intruders - a simple door access system puts a stop to that immediately, resulting in a more secure environment and a happier workforce.

We use the very latest electro-magnetic door locks that respond instantly to a valid card “swipe” and we can record both “in” and “out” swipes if required (or simply provide a push button to exit). Locks are fail-safe and designed to unlock upon power failure or fire alarm for means of emergency exit.

Although Auto Time Access Control is an integral part of Auto Time Premium, it can be installed as its own solution - you do not have to be using the Attendance Recording functions in order to have Access Control - on the other hand you can have both and in suitable locations you can utilise the normal clocking terminals to operate as the Access Controller - we can advise further on this when we know your requirements.

A range of reports are available to show who has passed through any of the Access points and at what time/date.
